The excerpt from Martha is Dead featured the player engaging in a quick time event (QTE) where the player character cuts the face off of a corpse. While the announcement wasn't elaborated on, a graphic clip from early looks at the game was then circulated, with many correctly proposing that it might be what Sony took issue with.
